Description
A game of survival and betrayal. Eight Explorers path their ship through the unforgiving Arctic. Among the crew, two traitors call on dark powers to undermine them.
History
BeginningTowards the end of 2019, we had a great interest in hidden-role games and were excited to combine this with another thrilling genre - survival. We began pre-production in November 2019 and started production by 2020.
Steam PlaytestsThe release of the Steam Playtests feature opened up a new scope we were keen to explore. We decided to enter closed beta playtests during the start of 2021 using this feature to refine the Dread Hunger experience and improve the development process as we approached Early Access.
